Javascript issue. Show/hide a page inside of a PDF file

Hi,

I have PDF where is several pages. I would love to have javascript code to show or hide (remove) some pages upon of checkbox-choices.

there is one page: computer sales things, another page: display information content, another page: other content.

there is also 3 checkboxes.

javascript should show/hide those three pages based on the checkbox values.
