Javascript to show/hide buttons based on check box

Hello!

I need assistance with a JavaScript to show or hide two buttons based on a check box being selected or unselected. I have found something for text fields but nothing for buttons.

Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated.

It is all the same. All fields are shown and hidden in the same way.
