    Bonjour

Vous devez retrouver et utiliser l’ID numérique qui a été utilisée pour chiffrer le document, sinon il est irrécupérable.

Most likely the situation is as the message describes it: The document has been encrypted using the public key of the X.509 certificate referenced and described underneath. Thus, Acrobat needs the corresponding private key to decrypt the document.

The OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.20.2.2 seems to indicate that the certificate is intended for smartcard logon to MS Windows. So you may need to insert the same smartcard that has been inserted when you stored the document.

Well, maybe that certificate has been created according to a profile that allows use with a smartcard but is used differently in your context.

OK, but it's the certificate at least one related to you? You have redacted part of your screenshot, so there seems to have been sensitive information there. Was it your name? Or your company's?

Did you upgrade your version of Acrobat lately?

Can I ask a favor of you?

Rather than provide a screen capture that we cannot translate, could you please copy the text from your screen and paste it into the post? That way we can all translate your Acrobat report into other languages and help us help you through your issue.
