Je n'arrive pas à ouvrir l'assistant IA

J'utilise Adobe Acrobat au sein de mon entreprise, et lorsque je clique sur assistant IA, une boîte de chargement apparaît en continu et ne se passe plus rien, j'ai essayé de désinstaller de réinstaller, j'ai bien mis la dernière mise à jour, je ne sais plus quoi faire...
