JE PAYE TOUS LES MOIS MON ABONNEMENT MAIS JE N'Y AI PAS ACCES

Je suis facturée tous les mois de 23,99€ mais quand je vais sur mon compte ADOBE/ACROBAT, oil me dit que je ne suis pas abonnée et me propose uniquement de m’abonner.

Avez-vous une solution ? Est-il possible de joindre un humain et si oui à quel numéro ?
