JPEG2000 to PDF not working

I tried compressing these j2k files into a pdf file, but it won't work. How do I fix that?

Are you sure that those files are correct JPEG 2k files?

Well, the j2k files were an image sequence from a video. This is the ffmpeg command line: ffmpeg -i input.mkv -pred 1 output%05d.j2k
