I switched over my account to Canadian billing since it just became an option. Now I'm getting constant error messages that says it can't connect to my account while still being logged in. This causes the program to quit and I lose my work.
You should contact Adobe customer care on this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
