Kann keine aktivierten Geräte löschen

Question

Hallo,Ich versuche mein Acrobat 2015 Lizenz mit Seriennummer auf meinen neuen Rechner zu installieren. Ich kriege die bekannte Meldung über zu viele aktivierten Geräte. Wenn ich bei adobe einlogge sehe ich meinen Seriennummer aufgelisten als registriert seit 2017. Unter Aktivierte Geräte steht "Keine aktivierten Geräte vorhanden". Gibt es ein Trick um trotzdem die Fehlermeldung wegzukriegen?

Please note that Acrobat 2015 is now an end-of-support product whose support ended April 07, 2020. Adobe strongly recommends that you update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader. You may try the following suggestions, which may or may not work:

Remove the currently installed app using the Acrobat Cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/4nMdKMW

Try downloading the setup from your Account if you have already registered it: https://adobe.ly/42E5sic

Run the setup as an Administrator, right-click on the setup file, and select Run as Administrator.

Use the serial number for activation.
