Keep Fields Blank Until Data Entered

I would like for the fields in the "balance" field to remain blank (no zero either) until data is entered in the "deposit" and "withdrawal" fields on the same line. Is there a code I could apply to have this happen?

It looks like all your balance fields have the same name. If this is true, then rename them so they all have unique names.

Do those fields have a calculated value?
