Keep getting Acrobat installation fails with the error message: "Error 28000: Installation of Acrobat Licensing Module has failed", along with the error message: "Imslib not found."

Error 28000 Acrobat | How to prevent the rollback of Acrobat installation on Windows 64-bit

My computer won't let me do either of the steps renaming the files, keeps saying the program is open or in use.

These issues just started happening a few days ago, I have had Acrobat on my PC from over 2 years without these problems. How do I fix this issue
