Question
keep getting "more tool components are being installed we'll let you kow when you can use the tool"
I've tried:
1a) uninstalling 1b) reinstalling (and I get : manual installation required) then this message again when i try to use "save as other" in menu. This happens from both the browsers (google crome & firefox)
2) restarting the computer and trying (1) again. same message.
3) restarting the computer, trying using the cleaning and the repair. Same Message
4) checking for update....all up to date.... Same Message
5) uninstall using the uninstaller.... restarting the desktop, reinstalling ..... Same message..
6) internet is good
any advice!?
