Keep getting update notices from Adobe

Keep getting notices from Adobe on updates followed by update failed. When I check the help, it takes me to web page where I need to become a soft ware expert to figure why the update failed and how I must configure Windws 10 . What a stupid nightmare. Adobe blames Windos 10 and I'm sure that Windows 10 blames Adobe. How ridiculous. And I'm a subscriber of Adobe and can't get a simple solution to a simple question; why are you feeding Adobe updates when it doesn't work corretly with Windows 10. Why not adjust Adobe update so that Windows 10 won't reject it.
