Keep having to redo my e-sign

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused. 

Please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. Also, could you try opening the document in an alternate browser or a new incognito window on Chrome?

If that does not help, try the following:

- Open the document.

- Click the Help icon at the top right corner (Question mark inside circle).

- Check if you get the option to change to the classic version.
