Keep PDF file from displaying after creation

Hi,

I convert multiple separate microsoft office files into PDF from windows explorer by right clicking on the file(s) that are ready and then save each PDF to other folders. When each file is converted, the PDF is opdisplayed.

As I mentioned, I right click on the file name(s) from windows explorer. ADOBE pro puts choices in the shortcut menu. I use "Convert to ADOBE PDF" from the shortcut menu...


OK. I'm not 100% sure it will work, but give this a try:

Open the Devices and Printers window (under Control Panel or directly from the Start menu).

Right-click the Adobe PDF printer and select "Printing Preferences".

In the window that opens un-tick the "View Adobe PDF Results" box and click OK.

Now try it again...

Sorry, accidentally completed before finishing...

I don't want the PDF file to open or be displayed as each file is converted. Can this be done?

How exactly are you converting the files to PDFs? What command are you using?
