Keep user preferences when upgrading from Acrobat 2020 Pro to DC Pro.
I had customized my Quick Tools and Stamps in Acrobat 2020 Pro. When we upgraded to Acrobat DC Pro my customizations were gone.
I was able to locate my old Stamps from the folder for the 2020 install, and move them into the folder for the DC install, (Windows 10) C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\[version], now they are available in DC.
How do I do the same for my Quick Tools layout? I can't seem to a file with that information.
I uninstalled DC, reinstalled 2020, and my Quick Tools layout was still there. So the information is kept somewhere I have not been able to find.
How to I get it moved when I reinstall DC? Out of ideas...
