Keyboard shortcuts for Commenting tools

Hi, I want to use keyboard shortcuts for commenting tools, such as 'Strikethrough text'. However when I try, either nothing happens or I get a webpage offering paid subscription. What's up with this? (I'm using Acrobat Pro free version on a Mac.)

Not sure this specific tool has a shortcut, but go to Menu - Preferences - General and make sure that "Use single-key accelerators to access tools" is ticked.
