KI inked reference numbers suddenly dissapeared

KI linked reference numbers suddenly dissapeared, eventhough the otion "show references" is activated. Only author names and publication date are mentioned in the KI-answered text. But no direct link to the document is given as it was before. Can somebody help?

I solved the problem. Malfunction apparently occured due to a special page layout setting in the document.
