Kommentar Fehler Acrobat DC

Hallo,

Ich habe ein Problem beim Acrobat DC und zwar wen ich mit meinem Cursor über die Kommentare in eine PDF hovere bekomme ich einen Fehler. Dieser lautet so: Fehler beim Laden einer Anwendungsressource (interner Fehler). Deinstallation mit gefolgter neu Installation hat nichts gebracht.

Hi BTT,

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

As mentioned, while hovering over the comment you get the error message: failed to load the application resource. Do you get this error while hovering on a specific pdf or does it happen with multiple PDFs?

What version of Acrobat DC you are working on? Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat DC

Since you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. We request you to use follow the suggestions step by step and let us know the result.

1- If this happen with a specific document, then check with any other file that has the comments in it.

2- Install the latest patch and update Acrobat to version 2019.010.20091- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

3- In this doesn't help, Repair Acrobat's installation Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation and Reboot it.

4- Use cleaner tool to remove the application- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and reinstall it.
