La case nuance de gris (noir et blanc) ne fonctionne pas

Question

La case nuance de gris ne fontionne pas. Tous mes PDF s'impriment en couleur alors que je voudrais qu'ils soient en noir et blanc. Pour info la case n'est pas grisé, seulement lorsque je la coche rien ne se passe et le document reste en couleur. Pouvez-vous m'aider à trouver une solution. Cordialement.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Also, try updating the printer driver and firmware for any pending/missing updates. You may also try to remove the printer driver, reboot the computer once, and reinstall it from the manufacturer's website and check if that helps.
