Laptop stolen - how do i get my product back

Hi All,

I got my laptop stolen and now can't find how to get my adobe acrobat back?

I have found an adobe folder from my backup but not sure if this is any use.....

if you need an activation count reset, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and request and activation count reset.

you can download your installation file(s) and with your serial number, install and activate on your new computer.

Moving to Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat

Hi Kikomat,

Kindly use the following link to download and install the perpetual or subscriptioin versions of Acrobat:  Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X.
