Latest Acrobat Pro update issue (ver 23)

The latest update of Acrobat Pro (ver 23)  suddenly stops displaying the file after about 30 seconds (sometimes longer). Then it just buffers continuously. The only way to get it off-screen is Ctrl / Alt / Delete - End task. Very frustrating it was fine before the latest update (Sept 2023).

Please try once signing out and reboot the machine. Then sign in again and check if you still get the same balnbk window.

If that does not help, try removing the application and running the cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html). Reboot the machine and install Acrobat Pro from the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

 

If the issue still occurs, share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine. We may require process logs for this issue.  You may collect the process logs using the steps suggested here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html.
