Laughing all the way to the bank
Dear Sir Madame, i hope this find you well. Nothing personal, but I am very disappoint
ed to find that even though i cancelled my subscription to Adobe on 20 July 2023 (see evidence below), Adobe has kept billing me regardless! I note 3 more billings for $44 on 11/10, 11/09 and 12/08. Without prejudice, this appears to be sharp practice. I require two actions from Adobe forthwith. 1/cancel my subscription with no m,ore billings and 2/pay back the money i was overcharged forthwith to the same account.
i am resorting to this open method of redress due to non-existent/inaccessible Adobe complaints process.
