Dear Sir Madame, i hope this find you well. Nothing personal, but I am very disappoint

ed to find that even though i cancelled my subscription to Adobe on 20 July 2023 (see evidence below), Adobe has kept billing me regardless! I note 3 more billings for $44 on 11/10, 11/09 and 12/08. Without prejudice, this appears to be sharp practice. I require two actions from Adobe forthwith. 1/cancel my subscription with no m,ore billings and 2/pay back the money i was overcharged forthwith to the same account.

i am resorting to this open method of redress due to non-existent/inaccessible Adobe complaints process.

You need to get in touch with Adobe's customer support, they are the only ones who can help you.

You can open a chat session with support, and they should be able to help you.

tks but if that was actually an option, and not digging an even bigger
wasteful hole of fruitless digital Adobe runaround, there'd be no reason
for this post would there my friend?

Well since most (99%) of the people posting here are not Adobe employees I don't see how else we can help you sort this out... This is only something Adobe can help you with, and this forum is not the way to get in touch with them.
