Legal validity of Adobe Esign in India

Hi All,

I have come across information that Adobe is partner organization of a certifying authority in India. Does this mean that the Esignature provided by Adobe application will be valid and have the backing of an Indian Certifying authority ?  Are there any separate charges payable for usage of  this eSignature. We already have a licensed version of Adobe.
