Letting one person fill in a form, but then locking it

Question

I am preparing a form for my client to fill in. Have done this many times, but here is a new wrinkle.

I want him to be able to update as necessary, but then be able to somehow lock it or change it from a fillable file to one that is static, so that he can distribute to his clients and then cannot mess with it.

Not sure how to do this.

You can add a digital signature at the end of the form to and lock the form using the signature field: https://adobe.ly/4mEkixL;

Alternatively, you can add a password so people can't make changes to the PDF: https://adobe.ly/43V7xap
