Library or service for using Acrobat DC technologies on a server?

I am a developer, I need Adobe Acrobat DC's OCR and Convert to Word functionality as a library or service that I can use on a server. What part of Adobe's suite can provide this and how is it licensed?

For the second one at least, look at LiveCycle PDF Generator. Despite its name, it has some conversions from PDF to other formats. I think other members of the LiveCycle Family may do OCR. These have Java APIs and can offer a web service. They are enterprise level products, priced by negotiation, not something to simply download or order.
