Licence problem acrobat 2020 pro box version

I use Acrobat Pro 2020 boxed version with the serial number on the CD cover on Windows 10 (the program has been activated). For a long time everything was fine. Currently, Acrobat shows that the trial version has expired and the product has not been activated and there is a login loop. Has anyone had a similar problem and how did they solve it?
