Licence valide mais Acrobat ne la reconnait pas.

Acrobat prétend que ma souscription à expiré, alors qu'il n'en est rien.

Je fonctionne avec la version Mac d'Acrobat.

Se déconnecter et se reconnecter à mon compte ne permetpas de résoudre le problème

We looked into your Adobe account and found an active subscription to Acrobat Pro. So that's right, your subscription hasn't expired. There's probably some issue with syncing.

 

1- Do you have the Creative Cloud desktop application installed? If yes, Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. Click the profile icon in the app's upper-right corner and click Sign Out.

Sign back in with the account associated with your subscription. 

2- Close the Acrobat app completely and Launch the application from the Creative Cloud desktop app.

 

Still doesn't work, then. 

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s files traces:
