Hi,

I have a couple users getting warnings about licence expiry warnings for Adboe Pro DC even though they are on a monthly subscription that is paid up. Any ideas how to resolve been waiting on the chat to respond but that is still waiting so was hoping somehone here might know.

Regards,

    Hi Jrogers_krueger,

Thanks for reaching out.  As described above, you are getting warnings for Adobe Acrobat DC even though you have a paid monthly subscription, correct?

Please make sure that you are logged in the application with the same email that is used for Adobe subscription. also try try signing out and then again signing in to Adobe Acrobat DC.

Open the application > click on the blue circle on the top right corner > sign out and sign in . see if that helps

If it still doesn't work close the application and try the steps below.

    • Windows
      1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Adobe\, here you need to rename the folder named "SLStore" to "SLStore_old" or you can use any name of your choice. (Please note: ProgramData is a hidden folder and you may not be able to see it. Make sure the hidden files are visible on your computer, you can follow this link for the same: Show hidden files - Windows Help)
      2. Then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache. Delete all the files and folder in this folder. Make sure you don't delete the SLCache itself.
    • Mac
      1. You need to follow the same steps on a mac computer. However, the locations are a bit different. You can locate both SLStore and SLCache in /Library/Application Support/Adobe. Rename SLStore and Delete all the files and Folders from SLCache. Then try to use the Acrobat.

Let us know how it goes

    Regards

    Hi Amal,

Seems to be a major licencing issue at Adobe after being on a chat yesterday but now the licence is active but won't allow users to edit PDF's so kind of pointless.
