License activation limit reached

I possess an unlimited version of Acrobat Pro V12
Due to an HD failure I had to put a new HS in my computer, I could not deactivate my older licence.
I reinstalled A.Pro and put my licence number, but it tells me it could not activate my licence as it was installed elsewhere.

How to deactivate manually or rest my License account regarding Adobe pro V12 ?

I tried to contact the support by chat, but the person could not do the job and even tried to sell me a new licence !

In general, you can activate Acrobat twice before you get this message. If the links from @Amal. don't help, you are out of options.

Indeed, the program continues to function, as long as you do not change the system or anything about your system. Unfortunately the change in your case is the harddisk crash.
