License reassignment

Our company purchased a boxed version of Acrobat Reader Standard 2020. It was activated for the user and automatically assigned to their work account. The employee was fired, and their email account was deleted. Now we can't manage our license. Please help us transfer the license to another account.

Suggestion: Reactivate the email account, transfer the Acrobat license and then close the account again.

 

There may be other ways to do your transfer, but they're far more difficult. You may have the way to do this easier within your own control.
