I have adobe pro license - just paid. I still couldnt find the redact function. What license and version I should have to use REDACT? how to confirm if I have the correct license or version to use the REDACT function？Thanks much.

same problem, useless/0  help from adobe, just takes you in circles and says "more tool components are being installed" or you can only do this in the app, go to the app again, get the more tool component message. Why can't they have a help desk instead of relying on the kindness of the community. Were paying for a product

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

Please try to remove the application using the acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/47OtGte, reboot the computer once, and install the Acrobat Pro DC application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/43Eb8t8 and see if that helps.

You may want to verify to make sure you are opening Adobe Acrobat Pro, not the reader version.

Open a PDF file first, then search the Tools panel for "redact".
