Licensed user shows Trial

Dear Team,

 

I have created anew user and assigned license of Adobe Pro.

 

after 24 hours i tried to sign in witht he user but it shows Trial.

I reinstalled the adobe pro and Creative Cloud both, then installed again and signed in still the same issue.

 

Please assist.

@nshamai44094493 may I suggest you do a clean install...use the Adobe Cleaner Tool, which helps removing old Adobe software, including the trial versions, and once all of that is done, then install the Creative Cloud Desktop from Adobe.com
