Licenses and Functionalities

I have a problem, that I think to have 3 similar licenses as seen here: 

These are all in use. Including me. How come that the tools I see are the following:

And the functionalities the other license sees is:

I have no clue where the problem is... I just want everyone to have the same tools that we need on a daily basis...
