Hi, I want to ask about the product activation options on my account. I have purchased a lifetime license of Acrobat Pro DC 2019, whether it can be pinned to my account to ensure future reinstallation after reinstalling my PC.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

When you refer to purchasing a lifetime license, do you have a serial number with the product?

If so, log in to https://adobe.ly/4fV7AHA and add the serial number to your account to tie the app to your Adobe Account.

Once added, you will be able to download the installer for your purchase directly from the same link.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
I have the key and tried to insert it. Unfortunately, it's telling me it's an invalid key. Would it be possible to find out the authenticity of the key? It was a third party transaction.
