limit on the number of stamps?

Is there a limit to the number of stamps that can be inserted on a document? We have ran into a situation where we have inserted multiples (of the same stamp) and now the document does not allow any more stamps on it.

I'll run a repair on the user's adobe install to see if that fixes the problem.

You might try saving the document (using Save As), closing it, and opening again.

All stamps. It has happened with 2 documents so far.

That's not that many... I just tried it with a built-in stamp and I was able to add 50 instances of it without problems.

Does it happen with all stamps, or just some? Also, does it happen with all files or just some?

We are on Adobe Acrobat Standard DC 2015.006.30119. Operating System is Windows 10. After inserting multiples of the same stamp on the document, when we go to insert another of the same stamp, no stamp is inserted. We do not get an error message. Just nothing happens.

Very strange... Do you have an estimate of how many times you applied the stamp before it happened?

I don't think there's such a limit... What does "the document does not allow any more stamps" mean, exactly? What happens when you try to add an additional stamp? Also, what application (including exact version) are you using, and what's your OS?
