I have a link in a document that depending on who clicks on it, adds the semicolon that is not part of the hyperlink but is part of the text.

A Guide to Using the Accountable Health Communities Health-Related Social Needs Screening Tools: Promising Practices and Key Insights. CMS. (Updated Aug. 2022). https://www.cms.gov/priorities/innovation/media/document/ahcm-screeningtool-companion; Accountable Health Communities Health-Related Social Needs Screening Tool.

The first link above depends on who clicks on it will error out with the semicolon and for others, it opens fine. Does anyone know why this would happen, doesn't matter what browser; Edge, Chrome, Firefox?
