Links in a PDF that I downloaded from the web do not work.

I downloaded a PDF from the web (a huge manual with links within it to help with navigation) and the links do not work when I try to use it on my local computer. I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro.

I ended up searching for the file at a different location and it worked for me. It must have been a bad file location. Thank you, for replying!
