links within pdf disappears after saving

Hello,

 

Why did my created links disappeared after saving and reopening.  I created links using Adobe Pro 2017 on a pdf built using AEM Forms Designer.  After saving, the links disappeared.  I can't use the tool ADD/EDit links within document as it is greyed out and got a prompt that will need to be edited using AEM Forms Designer

    I have the same problem. I've edited the pdf with the links, saved it and now all the links within pdf are gone.

    Is it possible you can share both the unedited PDF and the edited one with us? We will review the document and let you know. 

     

    Also, I tried testing this scenario at my end, and it seems the issue is not reproducible at our end.
