List box form not showing in sign screen

I have a list box in a form which I need for a multi select drop down scenario and when I use "Fill and Sign" and email it to the recipient when the recipient uses the online signing screen it doesn't show the list box. 

 

Why would this be and what are my options here?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

As you have mentioned above, you have created a list box in the PDF form and it seems that you are sending the document for signature using the Request Signature feature in Fill & Sign tool.

If yes, would you mind sharing the PDF form with us so we can have a look. Also, share the exact workflow you do to send the document.

When you use Adobe Sign it will remove the listbox.

Is the email recipient using a web browser?
