Live edit and sync of a PDF

Hi, is there a way to live share and edit a PDF document.   I currently have approximately 20 people meeting and greeting people at a busy airport and checking their names off on a PDF list on their IPAD,   Is there a way that multiple people have access to the same document and any edits that are made to the document are shared instantly?

That way all members of the team can see at a glance who has been seen by the team that is meeting people and who we have not seen,  previously we have had to get to get together for a group huddle and compare our lists to see who has been seen,   It works but does not seem very efficient.

I have found a way to make this work by converting a PDF file to excel and then sharing via Google Sheets but its a bit fiddly and wanted to know if there was a way of doing it without having to change between multiple formats and apps.

Any help is much appreciated.

Google Sheets is probably the easiest way of doing it. PDF files were not built for such a workflow.

Discussion successfully moved from Adobe Creative Cloud to PDF Forms

I wouldn't do that in a PDF. You would need here a small database solution in a database product.

But there may be a possibility with PDF forms that I'm not aware of.
