Load plugins from user profie?

Hi,

Is it possible on Windows 10/11 to load plugins from the user profile instead of the default location C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins? Can this be configured in the registry?

This would give us more flexibility to provide users with plugins without having to rely on administrative or System privileges.
