Loading Acrobat X Pro serial number issue

just moved to a new computer and was given a link to download Acrobat X Pro which I own a license for. the download is for a free trial and when I enter my serial number is asks for a qualifying application for the upgrade. My account shows the serial number i entered as being registered and my account only shows this version of acrobat. The support person said she is only a billing person and sent me here to get resolution.

Your serial number was an upgrade, which means you must also insert the serial number of a previous fully qualifying version. Without it you can't use your license. Support should have told you that instead of sending you here.

do not have any other serial number or version as per my account page.

What is the information written in your account for that serial number? Is there a product description?
