Location of custom job options doesn't work

Acrobat DC is installed on a Windows 10 computer. I put my custom .joboptions file in:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe PDF\Settings

The job option shows up in the Distiller Default Settings list.

On another Windows 10 computer on which Acrobat DC is installed, I put my custom .joboptions file in the same location but with a different user name because I don't have an account on that computer.

In Distiller, my job option isn't listed. 

I found directions at https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-conversion-settings.html although not for Windows 10. I'm guessing that the custom job options location has not changed and the page hasn't been updated.

Any idea what's going on?
