Lock signature field

I have a form in acrobat pro that has multiple PIV digital signature blocks. I need them to be able to sign the block but not be able to clear it. I can do scripts to make it read only but is there a way i can make the signature field to actually lock and not be able to be altered or cleared?

    Im sorry I made a typo in the save as sequence , it should read like this: Goto FILE, Save as Other, Reader Extended PDF, Enable More tools

    In the signature actions tab, select the option that says mark as readonly "just these fields" and select the signature field name from the list .

    Thank you for the reply, so I have that command at the moment but people are still able to clear that signature so I'd like to have it completely locked where no one will be able to do anything to it.

    In that case save a copy of the form as reader extended. FILE --->SAVE AS----> READER EXTENDED---->MORE TOOLS
