Locking a form field. How do I lock a form field after I have entered the desired text.

I have created a syllabus in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Student name is a form field across several pages. Since the form fields are named the same whatever is put in one form field autopopulates to other form fields. I would like to make it so that the name that populates on subsequent pages cannot be changed. Is there a way to do that?

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

I have created a syllabus in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Student name is a form field across several pages. Since the form fields are named the same whatever is put in one form field auto populates to other form fields.

Looking at the workflow that you have shared above, when you apply the same field across all the pages and the same result autopopulates in all the fields (even if you make changes to only one) then locking the form properties will be allowed but you can not lock the content filed in the form.

Unless the filed is not assigned to specific person, it can not be locked and there are multiple conditions applied.
