Locking auto-populated fields after inputting data

If you have a repeated field in a PDF that is set to auto-populate, is there a way to lock the autopopulated fields after the initial field has been filled out?

For example, I want it so the user fills in the field labelled 'Address#0' and is able to edit this freely, but the autopopulated boxes further on, ie 'Address#1', Address#2' etc need to be locked and cannot be changed. Can this be done? Without using Javascript!

It almost works when you change 'Address#1', for example, to Read Only, but this locks all 'Address' boxes, even the initial one.
