Question

Logging out profiles despite having three profiles with separate subscriptions under one email.

Hello everyone, I have three profiles under one email with each one of them having its own subscription. Each time I want to log in to my account it prompts me to log out the other signed-in profiles, and when the other profiles want to sign in they will have to log someone out.

Is there a way to keep all the profiles signed in simultaneously?

Hi @Tarek26776070ik8p ,

Please describe in a little more detail what do you mean by different profiles.

Are you referring to User profiles managed at the web browser level?

In any case, even though you may use one Acrobat Pro subscription in more than two devices, if three different user profiles are used with the same Adobe ID you need to sign out completely from one of the active devices.

See here:

OR,

Are you referring to three different Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscriptions, each with their own unique Adobe ID?

Hello @ls_rbls

I have one Adobe ID, I created 3 profiles under this ID and bought a subscription for each one of them,

profile 1 has Acrobat Standered Subscription

profile 2 has Illustrator package Subscription

profile 3 has Creative Cloud All apps 100GB

I am using profile 1 and when I log in it prompts a messsage telling me that I have to log out one of the logged in profiles to be able to log in to my profile.

I  want to all the profiles to use their profles at the same time with out the need to log the other profiles out.

Thank you so much!
