login does not work as I can´t type in the "@" of my mail address

I can`t type in the "@" of my mail address into the login field. I also can´t copy it from somewhere else and then paste it.

I can do so and regularly log in to the cloud via my browser.

I updated, reinstalled, but nothing has worked so far.

Please help!

Please try the following steps and see if that helps:

  • Check your keyboard settings: Make sure the correct keyboard language and layout are selected on your device.
  • Restart your device and try again — this often resolves temporary input glitches.
  • Use an alternate keyboard and check.
  • Try logging in through your browser (as you mentioned, it works there) — this can serve as a temporary workaround.

If the problem persists, please share your device model and OS version, and confirm whether the issue occurs in the Acrobat Reader mobile app or on desktop. Also, a small video of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful, so we can guide you better.
