Hi everybody!

 

The following problem just happened with me. I have creative cloud subscription which is valid. When I opened Acrobat it kept telling me "unable to verify subscription". I decided to login to official adobe site to check whether there are any details.

 

My main account is created by Login with Gmail. So when I was trying to enter my account on official Adobe site it told me "we decided to reset your password press continue to enter new", I pressed continue but site told me that some mistake happened and they are working to fix it. I tried this several times unsuccessfuly. 

 

Then I decided to reset my password in an ordinary way (need help ... reset ...) but Adobe told me, that my "account account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Please try again later.

After waiting, if you still do not remember your password, select "Forgot password" and follow the prompts to reset your password. Repeated failed login attempts will trigger a longer account lockout."

 

I don't see remaining suspension time, I received codes to my gmail but still it is suspended now.

 

Is there a way to unlock account? I need it quite now...
