Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat.
If you are not able to login to the profile, what I would suggest is signing out of the application, by going to Menu > Help > Signing out.
Once done, try clearing out the license files from your machine. They can be found here:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Adobe\OOBE
%APPDATA%\Adobe\Acrobat
Once in the location, clear all the files, and then try launching Acrobat again.
This should force Acrobat to pop-up the sign in profile window for you, and you should be able to select the profile.
If this does not work, check with your organisation’s IT team, and check if the license assignments are added to your corporate profile.
